Shipping Policy for Homicide

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

Processing times may be longer during high‑volume periods such as new drops, holidays, or sales.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it ships.

 2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  •  Domestic (U.S.): 5-7 business days

  •  International: 10-15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or weather conditions.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

 4. International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Please note:

  • Customs fees, duties, and taxes are not included in our prices

  • These charges are determined by your country and are the customer’s responsibility

  • We cannot control or predict customs processing times

 5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages returned due to address errors

If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Carrier delays

If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We will assist where possible, but resolution is ultimately handled by the carrier.

7. Pre‑Orders & Drops

For limited releases or pre‑order items:

  • Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page

  • Orders containing pre‑order items may ship together once all items are available

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order is fulfilled, it cannot be canceled or changed.
